These sanders are constructed of precision molded composites for strength and durability, while reducing operator fatigue.

  • The MR-5V, Mirka 5 in.Sander with 3/16" (5mm) orbit is designed for general purpose sanding.
  • This tool is a lightweight sander constructed of precision molded composites for strength and durability, while reducing operator fatigue. Composite construction also reduces sound for increased comfort. It provides true 12,000 rpm performance - for maximum productivity.
  • The MR-5V sander is counter-balanced for its specific size backup pad. This high-quality tool features moisture-resistant composite rotors, machined and balanced counterweights and premium counterweight bearings for long life and superior reliability. Can be converted to vacuum operation with model-specific kits.
  • This unit comes vacuum ready to be connected to your dust collection system.
  • Comes with a Hook and Loop, multi-hole backup pad that can be used with Abranet, Abralon, or 5 hole sandpaper, pad wrench, and a bottle of air-tool oil.
